First, scratch off the scratch off sticker. Then use a QR code scanner (most likely in a smart phone) to copy off the private key.
Ways to redeem the balance of a private key
- Import it into an online wallet at BlockChain.info/wallet. This is currently my favorite way and the best online wallet
- You can add it to your StrongCoin account. (Login-> New Account -> Import Key - Base 56 Encoded)
- You can add a private key to your bitcoin desktop client using pywallet. (Requires some command line skills)
- Mt. Gox has a tool to import a private key balance into your account. (You need a Mt.Gox account).
